Connecting customers with new digital customer kiosks

Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council has installed two Digital Customer Kiosks to enhance public access to essential information and resources. You can now visit Lagan Valley Island or Ballyoran Community Centre to: 

• access council information: browse and  engage with a wide range of council services;
• report issues: quickly report local concerns or problems; 
• stay updated: browse upcoming events  and community activities and view the latest updates from the council; 
• submit requests: submit service requests, such as bulky waste collection; 
• general enquiries: submit general questions or concerns; and 
• access local resources: find information on local facilities including libraries, parks, and recycling centres. 

These kiosks reflect the Council's ongoing commitment to providing diverse and accessible ways for the community to stay informed and engaged, particularly for those who may face barriers to getting online.
