The 2024 Sport Lisburn & Castlereagh Sports Awards

Held annually, this prestigious event will honour the remarkable achievements of individuals and teams who call Lisburn and Castlereagh home. 

From seasoned athletes to inspiring coaches and dedicated administrators, the awards recognise the contributions they all make to the sporting landscape.

The awards evening will take the form of a gala ceremony at La Mon Hotel & Country Club on Friday 15 November. TV presenter and broadcaster Claire McCollum will host the event, with a special guest announced closer to the time.

  • Sports Club of the Year
  • Sports Coach of the Year
  • Senior Sports Club Team of the Year
  • Junior Sports Club Team of the Year
  • School Sports Team of the Year
  • Junior Sports Personality of the Year
  • Senior Sports Personality of the Year
  • Sports Person with a Disability of the Year
  • Disability Sports Team of the Year

The Alison Slater Junior and David Edwards Senior Merit Awards will also be presented to recognise volunteers for their dedication and the essential behind-the-scenes they provide to their clubs.
