Performance Improvement in Lisburn Castlereagh
Through our Performance Improvement Plan for 23/24 we will deliver our priorities to enhance our services and the quality of life for all.
This will be achieved by improving engagement opportunities and accessibility.
By the end of March 2024 we aim to have:
- launched new systems for customer care, freedom of information and grant aid
- developed village plans in partnership with these communities
- made 45 awards under Grand Choice and captured case studies to demonstrate the difference the grants and community conversations made
- delivered outdoor walk, horticulture and biodiversity programmes to over 3,000 participants
- supported 80 people within our area to achieve relevant qualifications that will enable them to gain employment
