Due to the need for a systems upgrade by our third party IT provider, it has been necessary for us to suspend our online service provision for Building Notice, Regularisation and Property Certificate applications.
If you need help or assistance to make an application or are having difficulties in accessing an existing property certificate application, please contact our Administration Team on 028 9244 7372.
Our Building Control Service aims to deliver a customer focused quality service to architects, designers, developers, builders, solicitors and the general public to ensure a safer, healthier, greener and accessible built environment.

Please call the office on the number below to request an inspection, giving us at least 24 hours' notice to make the necessary arrangements. If you require an out-of-hours inspection, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
