Seasoned chef, Erin Bunting of Edible Flower has produced tens of thousands of canapes and small bites to welcome guests at events such as weddings, supper clubs and parties. She believes a tasty morsel and drink is the perfect way to make people feel relaxed and a bit happier!

Erin will demonstrate how to make a selection of delicious (and easy to make) canapes for all your Christmas party needs - you’ll learn to make everything from Thai fishcakes with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce and Vietnamese summer rolls to some more classic bites such as blinis with smoked salmon, sour cream and dill. You will get a chance to taste everything at the end of the demonstration and an information pack with everything covered will be sent out to you.
