Trade waste collection payment

Enclosed with your invoice you will find your Duty of Care/Waste Transfer Note for your refuse collection service.

Please complete and sign this document, scan or photograph it and upload using the form below.

When it has been signed and received and you have made payment in full, we will send you a ‘Customer Paid' sticker(s) which you must place on your bin(s) to ensure you receive your collections.

Your waste will not be collected unless we are in receipt of your payment, a fully completed Duty of Care/Waste Transfer Note and the sticker(s) is displayed on the lid of your container(s).
