Submit an application

All applications should to be submitted via the Planning Portal. You must register for an account in order to submit an application.

A number of responses to frequently asked questions have been prepared by the Department for Infrastructure to assist users of the Planning Portal.

In addition to submitting planning applications you can use this portal to:

• track you application
• submit comments on application received
• request Regional Property Certificates
• report breaches of planning control (enforcement complaints)
• respond to consultations
