- keep your dog under control
- prevent your dog from approaching other people and their dogs, cyclists, livestock and wildlife
- never let your dog worry or attack farm animals
- make sure your dog gives wildlife a wide berth
- take your rubbish home to prevent overflowing bins
- leave gates as you found them
- give nature some space to flourish
