Celebrate positive ageing in the month of October. Watch out for a range of activities across the council area, designed to promote the inclusion and wellbeing of older people.

Active Ageing is available at leisure and activity centres across Lisburn & Castlereagh. It aims to give as many older people the opportunity to experience enjoyable, appropriate, and sustainable physical activities in a safe, friendly, supportive and fun environment, by offering a variety of programmes that will benefit your health and wellbeing.
