Come and find out how you can be involved in the Age Friendly Project and tell your story of what it is like to grow older in the Lisburn & Castlereagh area and help inform the Age Friendly conversation. 

Active Ageing is available at leisure and activity centres across Lisburn & Castlereagh. It aims to give as many older people the opportunity to experience enjoyable, appropriate, and sustainable physical activities in a safe, friendly, supportive and fun environment, by offering a variety of programmes that will benefit your health and wellbeing.
