It is never too late to get active! Keeping active into older age is the key to staying fit, mobile and independent. Come along and take part in a class that is movement-based that helps with everyday living here. Active Ageing is available at leisure and activity centres across Lisburn & Castlereagh. It aims to give as many older people the opportunity to experience enjoyable, appropriate, and sustainable physical activities in a safe, friendly, supportive and fun environment, by offering a variety of programmes that will benefit your health and wellbeing.
