Service updates or disruptions

26/03/2026: Crews were unable to empty all bins in the following areas today:

  • Breton area, Lisburn
  • Charlestown Hall and surrounding area
  • Mornington area, Lisburn
  • Rosevale Meadows

Please continue to present your bins as crews will endeavour to empty them as soon as possible. Collections may continue into Saturday 28th March. 

26/03/2026: Due to road closures and parked cars causing access issues, Bryson Recycling were unable to empty all recycling boxes in the following areas today: 

  • Gransha Close BT23 5RB
  • 57- 65 Ballynahinch Road BT8 8DL 
  • Ballyknockan Road BT23 6NR 
  • Breda Avenue BT8 6JS

These recycling boxes will be emptied on tomorrow, Friday 27th March. 


Galway park BT16 2AN (odd numbers only) have changed to a Tuesday collection for wheelie box collections only.
Galway park BT16 2AN  52-70 (all numbers odd and even) have changed to a Tuesday collection for wheelie box collections only.
