Property certificates
We hold information on applications received by our Building Control Service since 1973.
Along with other important attributes such as the street name and number, original layouts and subsequent amendments and historic certification can be very helpful to both home and property owners.
If you would like copies of paperwork relating to your property you can request these under our Non Statutory Charging Scheme.
